1 Introduction & Acceptance

333bd is an online gaming platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between 333bd and its users. By registering, logging in, or using the platform in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please stop using our platform. 333bd reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time; users will be duly notified of any significant changes. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be taken as acceptance of the updated Terms.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Age & Eligibility Requirements

To create an account at 333bd, a user must:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Provide valid personal information — including name, mobile number, and national ID details where applicable.
• Confirm that online gaming is not prohibited for them under applicable law.
• Operate the account in their own name and on their own behalf.

2.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold only one account. If a person holds multiple accounts, or if multiple members of the same household operate more than one account from the same device or network, 333bd may treat this as suspicious activity and suspend or close any or all of the accounts involved.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete. If false or misleading information is provided, 333bd reserves the right to close the account immediately and forfeit any funds held in that account.

2.4 Account Security

3 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

333bd currently supports transactions through the following mobile banking methods:

• bKash — Bangladesh's most widely used mobile financial service.
• Nagad — The digital financial service of Bangladesh Post Office.
• Rocket — The mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.
• Upay — Another accepted mobile financial service.

3.2 Minimum Amounts

• Minimum deposit: ৳300 (per method).
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳800.

3.3 Withdrawal Processing

Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Processing time depends on the payment method and the verification process. 333bd reserves the right to hold a withdrawal until ID verification is complete.

3.4 Account Currency

All transactions on 333bd are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits and withdrawals in a user's account will always be displayed in Taka.

4 Bonus & Promotion Terms

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 100% match bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example, a deposit of ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,000 bonus giving a total balance of ৳2,000; or for a deposit of ৳12,000 the maximum bonus of ৳5,000 will apply, giving a total of ৳17,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. Wagering applies to the bonus amount only — not the combined total of the deposit and bonus. Example: a ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = ৳10,000 in bets must be placed before any winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer may be used once only, unless the terms state otherwise.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; they will be converted to the main balance only after the wagering requirement is met.
• If the same user attempts to claim a bonus using multiple accounts, all bonuses and any associated winnings will be cancelled.
• 333bd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.

4.4 VIP Program

333bd's VIP program has four tiers. Weekly cashback is available at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

VIP tier progression is determined by a user's activity and engagement. The detailed criteria are set by 333bd and are subject to change.

5 User Conduct & Prohibited Activities

When using the 333bd platform, users must comply with the following:

5.1 Permitted Use

• Use the platform for lawful personal entertainment purposes only.
• Use your own account — do not operate someone else's account.
• Play honestly and fairly at all times.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

Involvement in any of the following is strictly prohibited:

• Any form of fraud, match-fixing, or software manipulation on the platform.
• Creating multiple accounts with the intent to abuse bonuses or promotions.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or other unauthorised technology.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to or cause damage to 333bd's systems or network.
• Operating an account under a false identity or the identity of another person.

8 Limitation of Liability
